I have 2 years of professional experience as an HR Assistant-Timekeeping in a Food Industry with 22 branches here in the Philippines. I experience dealing with different kinds of people for i handle all rank and files and some of those in managerial positions. Being in payroll team, we have no escape in dealing with employees who are frustrated for we are talking about money. Most of their complaints arises from miscommunication with their superiors which resulted in incomplete payment of their payroll. As part of the HR team, we are required to have 101% of patience in explaining why did that happen so the same issue won't happen again in the future. We also have to understand their frustration with the result and promise that we will do our best to give to them what they worked hard for. Building a connection to employees is not easy but i've been consistent in responding to all of their queries thru phone or email in a step by step but concise manner. I also make sure that i addressed all of the employees' concern without lacking empathy. I believe having these experiences will make me an asset to your company.

I may have no experience in being a Virtual Assistant but i'm confident that i can do anything a success. I hunger for growth and i know that i will learn a lot from you. I'm a great manager of time, i learn quickly and i have a strong analytical skills for i work independently with minimal supervision of my past superior. I can say that i am resourceful in solving problems especially problems encountered in timekeeping but i know when to consult for my superiors help as well. My organizational skills are important for meeting deadlines and prioritizing which should come first for we are trained by my superior great sense of urgency. All of the reports are important, its just that which is more urgent. I can say that with these, i know that i can do a good job in being a Virtual Assistant.

Work Terms

Preferred but not required hours of work: 7am - 4pm Philippine time but can work depending on the client's preferences but strictly Monday to Friday

Mode of Payment: Payoneer or direct bank transfer
