I also have extensive experience in the areas of trademark and copyright law. I have represented commercial clients in the United States District Court, before the United States Court of Appeals, and in petitioning the United States Congress for special legislation.
My legal background is combined with an in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day workings of the entertainment and media industries. I have represented a wide variety of media and entertainment companies as well as individual artists. The scope of this experience extends from the packaging of entertainment and media projects to organizing and managing studio productions to producing live concerts with internationally known artists.
