Brett earned his JD from Harvard Law School, so right there you get a sense of his qualifications. But it gets much better; Brett goes above and beyond to understand your needs and your situation, perform the right amount of due diligence, and provide qualified advice that benefits you and your budget. Patent issues can be an extremely expensive thing if taken from the typical "big company" approach. Brett has big company knowledge and experience with a small company focus.
