I am a Civil Engineer with 5 years of work experience in a wide range of projects. Prior to my graduation in 2015 i have worked in Latin America in projects that have varied from residential urbanization, to "all inclusive" comercial urbanization with a hotel and office building, and even High Rise building with comercial areas. In these projects i have gained expertise in the construction industry in various areas such as: industrial security, administration, supervision, urbanization, concept design and installations. Upon graduation i participated in the construction and management of Skyscrapper Buildings with comercial areas and given responsibility in the process of preconstruction, project development and project management of other HighRise buildings. Recently, i decided to expand my knowledge further by studying a Master in Material Nanotechnology. Additionally, I have a team of professionals that are capable of developing a construction project from its conceptual and design stage at an internationally competitive level. I am a very professional individual that is respected by his peer and that is very respectful. My work ethic commits me to create and do quality work, while also being very adaptive to situations and problems, offering a solution at all times. I am quick to adapt to work teams and pressure, and i am very proactive and innovative towards problems, seeking a solution that will address both the project's and the client's needs. I believe that every project has a story and vision that it wishes to share with its surrounding society and environment. As such, i wish to offer my skills to properly convey these emotions and vision while promoting a green and sustainable project that offers an experience society can enjoy.
Work Terms
I am available from 9:00 am to 11:59 pm CT (Central Time, USA). For jobs that require constant communication and my services for extensive periods of time or for weeks i propose we negotiate a contract with terms we can both agree on. Additionally, for projects in which my team can be involved to generate a complete project from scratch we can happily rise to the occasion and give an offer that will be competitive. The duration of projects or my services can be agreed on with the client but i charge at least 1 hour in case of having a conference call. Additionally, if my services are to be hired for a month with me being available 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, i charge a minimum of $1,000.00 USD (dollars) by contract and with a 10% advance. Competition proposals will vary according to our offer.
