Work Terms

Work Terms Agreement1. Scope of Services:
I will provide comprehensive proofreading and editing services, including checks for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax. The service also covers structural coherence, flow improvement, and consistency in style and tone.2. Turnaround Time:
Standard projects will be completed within 3-5 business days. Expedited 24-hour turnaround is available upon request, subject to a 25% rush fee.3. Revisions Policy:
The quoted price includes two rounds of revisions based on your feedback. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $30.4. Confidentiality:
All documents and communications will be kept confidential. No content will be shared or disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.5. Payment Terms:
Payment is based on the word count at a rate of $0.02 per word, with a minimum charge of $50. A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, with the balance due upon project completion. Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal.6. Cancellation Policy:
If the project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. If cancelled before work begins, the deposit will be fully refunded.7. Liability Limitation:

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If resolution cannot be achieved, mediation or arbitration will be pursued as mutually agreed upon.
