Experienced and creative instructional designer, trainer, and curriculum developer
I help others develop their skills through training and professional development opportunities. I bring people together for work and play; and admire communities that can do both well. I am interested in mine and others’ continued education, as well as the continual improvement of organizations. I am observant, analytic, focused, and self-motivated. I thrive in environments where there are needs or gaps that my skills can help fill. I am a people and process organizer. Whether organizing a scavenger hunt or identifying operational inefficiencies, I apply the same attention to detail, planning, and creative skills. I see the holes in business processes, develop and implement strategies to close them, and then refine those processes, saving time and money. I write clearly and accurately for various audiences; listen carefully, take notes, follow-up as necessary, and have a keen eye for editing. I'm an experienced developer of web-based and instructor-led training and user documentation, with a background in K-12 education, as well as educational and business SaaS solutions.
