IT Security, Management and Documentation Expert (English and Chinese)
I was in senior IT management in global 500 and fortune 1000 companies for many years. I studied and worked for twenty-six years in North America and eighteen years in Hong Kong with English as the working language. I worked extensively with companies and subsidiaries in China and around the world. I have hands-on experience in security, software development, web site and e-commerce, ERP, and compliance in diverse industries including petroleum, hospitality and investment. I also has experience in finance and auditing, project management, and drafting of business plans, contracts, and documentation, both in English and Chinese, and translation between the two languages.
I have a Ph.D., MBA and was a certified accountant, certified information security professional and I was ITIL certified.
I am native in Chinese (Cantonese), and read, write and speak native-level English and Mandarin. I have done extensive business and technical writings in English and Chinese (traditional and simplified).
