I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ business experience in leadership roles that required accuracy, accountability, confidentiality, efficiency, strategic analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills. My background includes Operations Management, Corporate Training and Development, Corporate Recruiting, HR Director, Sales and Customer Service Director, Property Manager, Marketing Manager, Virtual Manager and Trainer in both soft skills and technical skills, and entrepreneur selling on ecommerce sites, animated videos and mobile applications. I am also an experienced virtual assistant and project manager.
I offer a wide array of technical, management, sales, customer service and project management skills. My technical experience includes programs such as learning management systems such as Blackboard, databases, proprietary software, working within Citrix environment, payment systems, mobile app platforms, video/audio software such as Camtasia and Movie Maker... and more. I am a leader by nature but believe good leadership can only exist when each person is considered and treated as an integral member of the team.

Work Terms
My availability is open. If you have a deadline then I will devote my time to completing any project agreed upon within the timeframe needed. If your need is for a long project, or an on-going opportunity I am open to that as well. I am available to communicate by email, text and phone.
