I have worked extensively in Education, Marketing and Communications, Consulting, international IT and Telecommunications, and Civil and Electrical Engineering industries for the past 26 years. This has given me invaluable work experience and insight into various business models and business protocols and the people who work for them. People are the core value of every industry, and investing in skills training is good business practice.)
I have an extensive skills base: from brand architect, integrated marketing communications executive, change manager, coach, education and team-building workshop facilitator to mentor. This has given me the ability to work in various industries and streamline processes and optimise company structures. The ability to formulate custom strategies and then fine-tune them to action plans makes my skills beneficial to my clients.
I crossover international cultures and customs with ease and make my clients comfortable in my ability to be sensitive to cultural norms and customs. My non-judgmental attitude and openness allow my coaching clients to open up to me about often very sensitive issues (both professional and personal). I keep the focus on the end results and goals and assist them to integrate their realisations achieved during the coaching conversations, as I guide them to make the changes and/or adjustments needed for success, both personal and professional.
