Strong interest in Marketing, Merchandising, Procurement as well as Commercial & Logistics field, Export, Import, Shipping; *Excellent analytic and email communication skills;

1) Overall responsibility of management reporting monthly order status including LC, Import, Export (FORECAST & PERFORMANCE) and commission statements etc;
2) Coordinate preparation of annual order status;
3) Monitoring of order execution with merchandisers;
4) Monitor the strict working as per buyer requirement;
5) Searching buyer & factory to be done smoothly;
6) Deal with Bank, PSI authority, Bangladesh Bank, C&F Agent, Insurance Companies, Freight Forwarder, Customs authority.;
7) Procurement raw materials from overseas & local
8) Monitor total LC process and maintain JIT delivery.
9) Maintain close contact with suppliers for smooth and timely delivery
10) Strategic planning at policy level, procurement planning, supplier evaluation, Inventory management ,Cost/Price analysis,
11) Finance management for the procurement including interest, and exchange rate negotiation with the financial institutions, managing logistic supports.
