Twenty-year veteran of merchandising and ecommerce across multiple channels and categories, with a knack for finding white space opportunity through data-driven analytics and experience.

I am looking for a position where I can effectively define and guide brand strategy, scale revenue, drive customer engagement and acquisition, and lead and empower results-oriented, cross-functional teams.

1. BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
A track record of tailoring, owning, and driving profitable results through innovative and game-changing strategies and execution.
As DMM at RH, I led new price, promotion, customer engagement, and marketing strategies by putting the customer experience first and utilizing +1MM SKUs of data to drive intelligent and scalable business decisions.

2. FINANCIAL EXPERTISE
Success in maximizing sales and margin while mitigating inventory risk through P+L management, negotiations and vendor optimization, and financial planning and analysis.
While Director of Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret Sport, my team and I launched a new brand, taking it from $20MM to $250MM in under 6 months, while exiting the previous brand iteration.

3. TEAM LEADER and CHIEF COLLABORATOR
With over fifteen years at the DMM/Director level, excellent team building, cross-functional, and collaborative skills.
As Head of Merchandising and Ecommerce at MINE, I am a leader in the cross-functional team effort to drive sales and profit on our ecommerce platform, monetize white space opportunity with our technology, and optimize our dynamic revenue portfolio with the launch a SaaS revenue stream. These efforts expand our commercial and customer base, create increased traffic, and drive incremental sales.
