I've been in the BPO industry for five years before deciding to take a shot in the world of recruitment. I was a customer service in various domains such as retail, hospitality and telecommunications.
I have extensive experience with customer service, catering to customers' needs and offering resolutions.
I am currently doing full cycle recruitment wherein I do in-depth job analysis, look for quality candidate in multiple job boards, prescreen over the phone, submit to the hiring manager, relaying information for scheduled interviews and updates, onboarding and securing a job start.
