Hi there,

This is Mariecar Anlagan from Quezon City, Philippines and I would love to become part of your team.

I've been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years, taking calls for inbound and outbound internationally. I've been into the Telecommunication account (AT&T) for 1 yr & 8 months. As a Customer Service Representative, we're responsible for taking orders through inbound calls. We are responsible to answer any product query related to our role and provide excellent customer service ever.

And after that, I change my career and ended up being a Financial Advisor and complaint handler for a U.K based account (Lloyd's), under collections dept. I'm handling Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, and Loans with a combination of complaint management. This type of job molds me on how to become a problem-solver person and gives me great independent decision making. Handling multiple accounts, they teach me how to multitask well without compromising and affecting the quality of our service.

With the number of years of my experience, I am confident that I can do the job effectively and appropriately. I can perform the job well and apply the expertise that I've earned through over the years and exceed your expectation.

I can work remotely and virtually with all due respect. I can help your business by calling all your customers' who have a past due or missed payment and offer all possible options to help them out if they are in financial difficulty. I've been an effective collection agent on my previous job and I can do the same on your company or grew more in this field. I wanted to apply all the knowledge, skills, and strategy that I've earned.

Work Terms

I can work 40 hrs a week and with the skills and experience that I have, I am looking forward to meet a client who is looking for excellent people. My rate is $5/hr.
