Marilyn Nash (she/her) I am a facilitator, coach, and instructor. I teach Spirituality & Discernment at Seattle University, WA and facilitate retreats & presentations for nonprofits, boards, and small groups. I am passionate about embodied healing work and accompanying people in making meaning of small moments and big choices.
Through all of this - I hope to create space that encourages values-based decision-making that accounts for our current social context.
I enjoy offering skills related to writing, mindfulness, practices.
