I love creative work, desktop publishing, Photoshop, InDesign and most Adobe CC products. Also I'm really good at making useful Excel spreadsheets.
For part-time work I currently do the marketing for a high producing real estate team in Indianapolis. I can produce extremely professional brochures, flyers, guides or do just about anything in Photoshop. I say "part-time" because I also run the Indy Dream Home Team where my role is mentoring, tutoring, advising and making sure my agents succeed in selling real estate.
My passion is that AND creative endeavors. I love making high quality presentation materials that any business needs. I've been told by the owner of our highest producing real estate office owner that my materials are the best she has seen.
I also can create amazing Excel spreadsheets especially for real estate agent commission, caps and splits.
My background is a Bachelors of Music followed by many years in sales and marketing.
