I'm a professional audio and sound designer and published musician/songwriter, looking for free lance opportunities to continue to be creatively active in retirement.

I have thirty years of experience in sound design for movies,TV and radio productions from full length feature films to 30 sec commercials. I'm also adept at audio book narration and editing. I'm NOT looking to shoot or edit wedding videos, and will only take on projects that are in good taste and are PG13 friendly. But I'm eager to tackle audio post production for a variety projects. I have ready access to a small but well equipped dedicated voice-over studio and great connections to local voice over (VO) talent in the greater Indianapolis area. I'm also uniquely skilled and experienced in adding voice overs to DEAF actors who "speak" in American Sign Language. (Google "Dr Wonder's Workshop.")

Work Terms

Every project is different, so the more information you can give me about what you have and what you want for a finished project, the better. I need as much info as possible about the scope and the range of the project, including the ages and genders of the voices required, anticipated sound effects, and your estimated running length of the final recordings. The more you tell me about all these things, the better my estimates can be.

My rates are negotiable from $25/hr for me to do a simple single voice-over narration, to $300 hr depending on the job, the complexity of the project, and the number of unique voices we will need to hire to complete the project.
