Every small business can perform better, all it takes is an outside view from an expert in leadership, coaching, organizational structure, retail/marketing strategy and balance sheets.

I grew up in a military family and traveled the world. My teenage years were spent working hard for the family janitorial business. My later teens were spent developing a work ethic performing manual labor by hauling hay, cutting fire word, and hauling field stone. I joined the Air Force as a Human Resources specialist. I retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. I received training and developed leadership and leadership coaching skills. I completed my college education upon retirement from the Air Force. My degrees are in Organizational Management and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. My next endeavor was with Northern Arizona University as an adjunct professor teaching team dynamics and project management. I decided to move onto retail, after two semester of teaching, in an industry that I was already familiar....the premium cigar industry. I currently work as well as consult for the cigar industry. My varied background and work ethic would make me a steadfast employee on a temporary or long term basis and look forward to the opportunity to prove myself in a variety of endeavors.

Work Terms

I will work in the Phoenix Arizona area, preferably in the East Valley. I will also work on-line. Compensation is negotiable.
