I was born in Lubbock, Tx. My father worked as a contractor and graduated with a master's degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University. He started a architectural design business and I quickly got involved. I began learning to use AutoCAD to produce construction documents, and over the course of eleven years I have seen virtually all aspects of the residential and commercial design and permit process. I eventually worked my way into a project manager role within the company, handling client meetings, construction documentation, and consultant coordination. I now live in Bastrop, Tx, and am enjoying a new area with new opportunities!
Work Terms
I am extremely flexible with my hours! I am highly motivated, and enjoy providing fast turn around. I very much prefer to work with a deposit. After that, I am very flexible. I am comfortable billing based on construction milestones, percentage of completion, or dividing half between the deposit and completion of the project. I would like to make your project as convenient as possible.
