Digital Paintings and Design - Portraits, Sci-Fi, Hardware,

I am a largely self-taught artist. I studies art up to O Level then left school to pursue my dream to work in the film industry. My passion lead me to Animation and Visual Effects. I have been working in animation production and producing for over 30 years.
I have been fortunate enough to work with some incredibly talented people. Being surrounded by their work has been both inspiring and intimidating. Coincident with the pandemic I started to turn my attention to designing and painting. Using my computer tablet and stylus has been a game changer for me. It allows for a spontenaiety that is not possible with brushes and paints. And the freedom within the digital realm is incomparable.
Posting my artwork online has provided some terrific feedback, connecting with people and their interests. It has also lead to some work. I have just completed a large project for the UK Based Gerry Anderson fan Association - Fanderson - and I am working on illustrations for an Australian based who are making a role playing game based on H.G. Wells' The War of the Worlds. I have enjoyed doing one-off commissions too.

I am based in the UK and am working from home, I have been told that my prices are reasonable, but every project is different, so tet's talk.
