Writing and Proofreading with Superb Attention to Detail

I have been a writer since my teens, and participated in workshops in the D.C. area in fiction and nonfiction. I moved to San Francisco in 1990 and was a manager with the Ben & Jerry's franchise, a freelance sound engineer, and an administrative assistant at the UCSF School of Medicine. I moved to Nevada in 2000 and managed Burning Man's rural property. I then joined AmeriCorps and became the first Executive Director of Friends of Black Rock High Rock, the nonprofit partner to the public lands agency, the Bureau of Land Management. I am now a full time student earning a bachelor's degree in philosophy with a 3.9 GPA, and I own and operate an RV rental business, Black Rock Rental, in Gerlach, NV. I will complete a multidisciplinary master's degree in politics and economics and then become an advocate for green energy in the western United States. In the interim, I hope to earn money tutoring and proofreading.

Work Terms

I will charge $25 per hour, minimum $25 per hire. The first hour is due immediately, with subsequent hours payable upon completion.
