Copywriting, SEO Marketing, and Brand Strategy
When I graduated from college, I moved across the country to work on a ranch.
I thought about throwing in the towel and heading home (Hello, rent-free) about 2,000 times. But despite the bills, the uncertainty, the mad mama cows and the falling off young horses, I kept going. I'm that person. Once I commit to something, I do not throw in the towel.
Now, I put that determination to work as the Natural Resource Specialist for the Oglala Sioux Tribe. I spend my days improving the lives of tribal members by managing the Tribe's water, minerals, and timber. This position has given me the best of both worlds, being able to perfect my SEO and copywriting skills while also utilizing my education.
I'm well versed in writing permits, grants, blog posts, and office to office memos. I help develop and implement social media strategies for the department as well as community outreach and content marketing. I'm also not afraid to help calve out 900 first calf heifers, although I doubt you're looking for help with that on Guru :)
