Having experience in Drafting/ vetting of different legal documents like Lease agreements, Employment agreements, Agency agreements, Sale agreements, Power of attorney, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Joint venture agreements, Bank guarantee etc. Registration/ Return submission/ Share Distribution/ Winding up with the Government Registrar office. Assisting to obtain Trademark/ Patent registration, Generating reports on various legal matters, industrial policies, Negotiating with various national/ international clients/ agents, Real estate matters,
International agreements etc.
Work Terms
Per hour $15 only.
