KEY QALIFICATION
Obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka in 2004 and MSc in Statistics in 1989 (held in 1993) & BSc (Hons) in Statistics in 1988 (held in 1991) from University of Dhaka. Have more than 22 years of working experience with a wide range of Consultancy firm, research programs and donor projects including (i) Skills and Training Enhancement Project (STEP) of Directorate of Technical Education under Ministry of Education (ii) Post Literacy and Continuing Education for Human Development Project-2 (PLCEHD-2) under Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and (iii) Reaching Out-of-School Children (ROSC). Last 10 years, have extensive practical experience in the capacity building of implementing NGOs for developing tools and methodologies for monitoring and tracking progress. The areas of expertise are System development and monitoring & evaluation, the coordination & supervision of field research & surveys; continuously assess methodologies and instruments for the collection, documentation and analysis of data and the reporting of outcomes using statistical analysis & data management. Also conduct gap analyses of workflow procedures for key M&E services; identify critical control points and preventive measures; suggest ways in which existing procedures may be streamlined or revised to enhance quality and consistency. Have experience in providing support to conduct baseline, mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.

Hours operation: 30-39 hours/week
