I started my career working in cash allocation during college, then accepting a full-time staff accounting position. After a few years growing my general accounting experience, I took a role working with IS teams as a functional manager to integrate system enhancements. I have spent 10 years following this path, while also growing my finance skills. I started managing teams 4 years ago, growing to a director role 2 years later. I have managed up to 8 people directly, and 22 indirectly. I also have experience managing an outsourced relationship, KPIs, and performance. In the last 4 years, my focus has been operational excellence, relationship building with clients and internal teams, new product integration, M&A integration, and new system migrations.
