Work Terms
-General Terms-
Scope of Work: Each project will have a detailed project brief that outlines deliverables, deadlines, and any specific requirements. I reserve the right to adjust my quotes if the project scope changes at the client's request.
Communication: I am available for communication via e-mail, messaging platforms, or scheduled calls. I will respond within 24 hours on business days.
Revisions: Included in each project are two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges, which will be agreed upon in advance.
Confidentiality: All client information and materials will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
-Payment Terms-
Quotations: Projects are quoted individually, with prices reflecting complexity, urgency, and specific requirements.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon project completion and are payable within 14 days via bank transfer or PayPal. For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a charge of 5% per month on any overdue balance.
-Cancellation Policy-
By the Client: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted project cost will be charged. If the project is more than 50% complete, the full quoted amount is payable.
By Myself: If I must cancel a project for any reason, all paid fees will be refunded in full, and I will assist in finding an alternative service provider if possible.
-Delivery and Acceptance-
Project Delivery: Completed projects will be delivered via e-mail or a file-sharing service. The delivery date will be agreed upon at the start of the project and may be adjusted only by mutual agreement.
Acceptance: Clients have 7 days from the delivery of completed work to review and request any final adjustments based on the original project scope. After this period, the project is considered accepted.
