My Mission to make sure to deliver World Class Training Experience to both Internal and External Clients by following their set standards and meeting their goals.

I'm Mia Arleth Notorio, 27 years of age I started working as a Customer Service Representative for a US Telco Company at Transcom Worldwide Inc. February of 2012. After six (6) moths of working as a Customer Service Representative I was transferred to Technical support team for the same campaign. After a year of being a Technical support representative I became part of the level 2 support and eventually became a Trainer.
