I am from India but currently based in the UAE.

On my Academic front I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.

I spent a major part of my professional life working in the Airline Industry. I worked in Flight Operations & Despatch, Sales & Marketing, Fares & Pricing and finally Customer Service & Customer Relations.

Some of those job roles involved drafting detailed professional and incisive emails to the management after having researched relevant data/strategies that assisted their decision making to grow the business. I drafted many neat and courteous communications that were direct and succinct.

I also helped with preparing a reference file for new entrants that encompassed all the necessary requirements to assist with their induction into the company.

My passions are writing, reading, nutrition & fitness, sport, interior designing, furniture restoring, travel, upcycling, craft and cooking.
I love life and making the most of every minute I get on this planet. I don't believe in letting your academic background or professional experience stifle your interests in other areas. One can never tell what potential lies beneath, that has yet to be explored.

I worked as Sales & Marketing Manager with a local Bakery (Celebrating Life Bakery) I managed and wrote their Blogs, Instagram posts and Facebook posts.

I don't shy away from learning experiences. One such experience involved a small start up of my own, centred around health food. What I took away from that was - stay strong, stay focussed but also be realistic! Know when to cut your losses.
