This is Michael. I have more than 10 years 3D rendering experience working closely with architects, property developers, real estate agents, designers etc to bring clients vision to life through photorealistic 3D renderings / architectural visualizations. I work in China but this doesn't affect me to work remotely with overseas clients like from USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom etc..
Here is My general working process:
Step A - model based on the drawings provided and send 3-4 wireframe options for you to choose desired camera angle.
Step B - begin to apply textures/finishes to the scene and set up selected lighting.
Step C - add the final touches such as landscaping, sky and people etc.
Step D - will deliver the high resolution image after approval and project is complete.
* Please note: I accept 2-3 rounds of markups/comments in each step.

Work Terms
Working time - I am available at any time if jobs at hand, even nights/weekends included
Payment terms - I accept Western Union or Paypal.
