Quantity Surveyor / Estimator & RFP Writer

I am a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with successful experience in financially managing projects valued from (USD) $50,000 -$32M. My skills are in RFP/Bid Analysis, RFP/Bid Response Writing, Take-offs, Project Estimation, Bill Preparation, Drawing & Blue-print Reading, Project Reporting and related skills. Experienced with delivering on multiple projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines.

Working on governmental and non-governmental projects that involve residential, commercial and industrial constructions.

As a Quantity Surveyor I have developed the capacity for communicating complex and technical information with accuracy. My constant pursuit of knowledge is evidenced by my acquisition of the Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Valuation Surveying from the College of Estate Management, UK and the City and Guilds' Advanced Diploma in Construction Industry Technician.

- Pricing of labor, plant and materials.
