About

University English instructor for academic and professional writing help

A former advertising executive, I have a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a master's degree in Applied Linguistics. In addition to teaching English as a Second Language and Business Communications part time at a local university, I am also available to help you with your writing. I can edit, proofread, or even write your professional or personal materials. I work with native speakers and non-native speakers of English.

Examples of projects I've proofread and/or edited include novels, children's books, websites, catalogs, professional and personal correspondence, email marketing campaigns, print and online brochures and advertisements, etc.

I have also proofread and edited academic theses and articles for publication in academic journals, written websites, and ghost written several creative works.

Please note: I will not write academic papers for you. That would be cheating. I can, however, proofread them or provide you with advice and guidance.

Work Terms

I work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if needed. For large projects (valued at $200 +) I request 50% payment upfront and 50% upon completion. For smaller projects, you can pay me when the project is complete.
