Quality visual communications solutions with Graphic Design.
I live in Weatherford, TX, which is located about 20 miles west of Fort Worth along Interstate 20. I graduated with an Associate of Science Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Online Division in May of 2014. My GPA was 3.92 out of 4.0.
Since January of 2010, I have been an independent representative of marketing firms with specialties in retail, wireless devices, convenience stores, financial institutions, restaurants, and many others in the evaluation of compliance with corporate policies and customer service. This is not what I want to do as a career, but it did get me by long enough to get the Associate's Degree.
Other experience has been in a wide array of industries. These industries include agricultural, retail sales and management, oil and gas field, and commercial construction.
The mentioned experiences have some relevancy in Graphic Design. In Graphic Design, it is important for the designer to know the client and the client target audience. Many clients are from the industries that were mentioned, and many aren't. Knowing something about these industries helps create a comparative advantage for me and the clients that hire me.
In summary, the overall work experience that I have when combined with the Associates of Science Degree in Graphic Design puts me in a position that is at least ahead of most other recent graduates with the same degree level.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday during mornings and afternoons, primarily. Weekends will be worked if necessary.
Preferred method of communication: Telephone first, and Email as a secondary form of communication.
Payment Terms:
I prefer to be paid before all of the necessary files are submitted to the client. In return, my promise is that I will send those files no later than the following day after payment is received.
I prefer payment via Paypal or ACH.
I prefer to work by the hour and not on jobs that are for a fixed amount. This allows the design process to be fully involved so that the best quality design can be delivered.
I will make corrections that are not noticed up front at no charge for the following circumstances:
Misspelled words.
Poor Grammar.
Minor problems with a web page or print design.
I am not responsible for errors made by print shops or web hosting services.
