A driven Media & Culture graduate specialized in (musical) theatre, with a lifelong love for languages and 4 years of experience in editing and proofreading Dutch magazines.


My Bachelor in Media & Culture included writing assignments and theses in Dutch in various styles, such as a Bachelor End Project consisting of 5000 words about new developments in American Musical Theatre. On top of that, I also chose to take numerous courses from the English Bachelor curriculum, including English-Dutch translation courses and Translation Theory.

As for my German, I am quite fluent as my parents have owned a vacation home in Switzerland since 2007 and I have spent several weeks per year in this country for my entire life.

The most important thing, however, is that I love languages and I love writing. I dare to say my written Dutch is not far from perfect, as I have always loved writing both creative and formal texts in my native language. So, if you need an English or German text transferred to my amazing language, I will be extremely happy to make that happen.

Work Terms

I work as a translator outside of my current tasks as an Assistant Tour Manager with Holiday on Ice, about 10-20 hours per week on irregular hours.
Payment will either be via Paypal or via Euro/SEPA Bank transfer.
Terms and conditions will be set in agreement depending on the service and the requirements of the task provided.
