Work Terms

Please note:

We have created forms that help us get a complex brief form you and understand your needs. If you decide to give us a chance we’ll be more than happy to provide them.

1. Please take into consideration that if we do not have the correct information or all the necessary information for the project and new details are added if we already started the work then we will have to change the estimation and add to the cost of the project.

2. The deadline is set by both parties so both parties have to provide feedback in time, please understand if you are late with your feedback then the deadline will also change.

3. The estimation we provide for an hourly project is just for the design proposals stage, we can’t estimate how long the revisions will take because it depends on how complex they are, we can only make a estimation after we receive a brief with said revisions/edits.

4. We usually divide the work in 3 milestones/parts:
a. Design proposal stage
b. Edits/revisions
c. Preparing source files ready for print and web

5. Our portfolio is quite vast and diverse providing a lot of examples about the quality of our work, so we prefer not to provide free samples.

6. We usually do not work during weekends, as you all know we all need and love our free time.
