About

My mission is to provide quality work with excellent customer service and make a positive contribution towards helping future employers achieve their goals.

I am a single professional ambitious mother. My motivation to achieve my educational goals as well as my wok goals comes from me wanting to show my daughter an others that no matter your circumstance you can still achieve your goals. I believe that women can have both successful careers and still have a family. Once you set your mind to it anything is possible.

My work experience entailed me being a Customer Service Representative for Direcone where I was trained in telephone etiquette, telemarketing as well as the company's products and services. I was placed on the BMobile campaign which is a phone company in my country Trinidad. On the campaign I provided phone and technical support to customers. I was awarded most friendly customer service representative. I also have work experience in administrative duties as I was an administrative assistant and a receptionist for an On the Job Training Program where I was stationed at the San Fernando General Hospital and later stationed at the Government Ministry Community Development. My responsibilities were filing, record keeping, typing documents providing information, booking appointments answering the telephone and data entry.

My educational background is in Public Relations and Journalism. My secondary education is in Business where I attained five subjects English, Mathematics, Principles of Accounts, Office Administration and Principles of Business. Other courses of interest Computer Literacy and Life Skills which teaches about work ethic and goal achievement. My additional skills are Power Point Presentations, Microsoft Word, Excel and Research.

My interest are writing songs and editorial pieces, singing, modelling, hiking and networking. I would say that I possess strong leadership skills and can work well in a team as well as independently with little supervision. I am creative and would love a job where I can express ideas. If these are attributes you admire then I will be proud to work with you.

Work Terms
