Am an experienced Marketing, Business Development and Management professional with 20+ years of work experience. I have a successful track record with major Multinational Corporates in field of Telecommunication.

I have navigated through different positions starting from Customer Service, through CS Quality control, Loyalty and Retention moving to Marketing Management, VAS, Product Development, Product Management, Pricing, Analytics, Marketing Communication and Budget Management.
My Roles reached up to managing regional positions in major Mobile Solutions Providers in MENA region.

I have developed my native and acquired skills to reach excellence in Communication, Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Leadership, and People Management skills.

My Professional exposure extended to work-in and lead major projects such as introducing market-changing services and managing revenues of wide range of products, including but not limited to: Mobile VAS, Mobile Payment, Messaging & Voice Services, Credit Management Services, Direct Carrier Billing, Data and Mobile Internet.

I have also major scientific background started with graduation from Faculty of Arts with major in English Linguistics and Translation, Helwan University, Egypt. Followed by HR management Diploma from AUC, then Marketing Diploma accredited by AUC and Finally with Business Orientation program for 1 year also from AUC.
