Work Terms

1. Services:

MSSA agrees to provide the services outlined in the project brief or agreement.
Any additional services requested by the client may be subject to additional charges.
2. Deliverables:

MSSA will deliver the agreed-upon deliverables by the specified deadlines.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
3. Communication:

Both parties agree to maintain open and effective communication throughout the project.
Regular updates on project progress will be provided by MSSA to ensure alignment with client expectations.
4. Revisions:

MSSA will provide a specified number of revisions for each deliverable as outlined in the agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be subject to additional charges.
5. Payment:

Clients agree to pay MSSA the agreed-upon fees for services rendered.
Payment terms, including any upfront deposits and milestone payments, will be specified in the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property:

Upon receipt of final payment, clients will receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables.
MSSA retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio or marketing materials.
7. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be required for projects involving confidential information.
8. Termination:

MSSA reserves the right to terminate the agreement if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms.
9. Liability:

MSSA is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the client's use of the deliverables.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold MSSA harmless from any claims or liabilities related to the project.
