Work Terms
Payment terms: Payment is due within 3 days after the completion of the project, or upon delivery of the final product. A deposit of 25% is required to begin work on the project.
Revisions: I will provide 4 rounds of revisions to the client, at no additional charge. Any additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $2 per revision.
Deadlines: I will work with the client to establish specific deadlines for the project. If the I will unable to meet the agreed-upon deadlines due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform the client as soon as possible and work to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Ownership and usage rights: I will retain ownership of the original files and source materials created for the project, but will grant the client the right to use the final product for the agreed-upon purpose. Additional usage rights may be negotiated for an additional fee.
Non-disclosure and confidentiality: I will keep all information shared by the client confidential and will not disclose any such information to any third party.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the project, they will be responsible for payment of any work completed up to that point, at the freelancer's hourly rate.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes that may arise during the course of the project will be resolved through negotiation between the client and the freelancer. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
