Hours of Operations:
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT +7. We understand the importance of flexibility and may occasionally require work outside of these hours for urgent projects. However, we will always communicate and agree upon any deviations from the standard schedule in advance.
Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered will be processed on a Weekly/Bi-weekly basis, payment method via PayPal. Invoices will be provided upon completion of each milestone or project, with payment due within 07 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees or affect the timeline for future projects.
Preferred Communication Style:
We value clear and efficient communication to ensure the success of our projects. Our preferred communication channels include email for non-urgent matters and project updates. For time-sensitive issues or quick questions, we encourage the use of instant messaging platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom Scheduled phone calls or virtual meetings can be arranged as needed for in-depth discussions or project reviews. We aim to respond to all communications within 12 Hours during business hours.
