Extensive and diversified professional experience with companies like banking, leasing, trading, manufacturing, construction, and telecommunication, Active involvement and participation at BOD level in business development and planning for continuous growth of the setups/companies, Expertise in handling and launching the Internal, external and commercial Audits, Expert in preparation of accounting systems, accounting manuals, budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Expertise in financial planning and management, strategic business planning, development and establishment of companies in different regions of world like Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Pakistan and Tajikistan.
Competencies in Business Development and marketing of manufacturing and trading products of different companies.
Proficient in use and implementation of business applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, financial accounting software especially commercial banking software.
