Work Terms

My Process of writing and editing articles and blogs looks like this:
First, I revise and edit blog or article myself for any grammar, punctuation, spellings, omitted words, and any typographical errors. Then I Use some tools like Grammarly and Heming way to look for any errors that pass my eye. These tools help me to fix the adverbs, passive voice and any sentences that are hard to read in the article or blog.
A good web content must contain:

8. Navigation
To decide the tone of the content I make sure I know the brand for which I am writing for. Knowing the audience is very critical in deciding the tone of the content.
Tone can be professional/formal, opinionated, humorous, creative, educational, emotional, motivational, creative, Technical and much more. I usually wrote in professional/formal or conversational style and feel comfortable with it.
A good introduction contains hook or attention grabber. It can contain a quote, fact or story. A good introduction should be concise and contains keywords for SEO.
