Work Terms
Hours of operation:
My standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (GMT+5). However, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule to accommodate your needs, including evenings and weekends if required.
Payment terms:
I follow the platform's SafePay Escrow payment system. This means that once we agree on the project terms, you will fund the SafePay Escrow account with the full amount of the project budget. I will then begin work on the project, and payment will be released from the escrow account upon completion and acceptance of the project. If the project requires multiple milestones, we can work together to set up appropriate payment release milestones in the SafePay Escrow system.
Preferred communication styles:
I believe clear communication is essential for any successful project. I prefer to communicate via email or project management tools like Trello or Asana to ensure we have a clear record of our discussions and any feedback or changes required. However, I am open to other communication methods such as phone or video conferencing if necessary. I strive to respond to all communication within 24 hours, but I will always prioritize urgent requests.
