Today I have been in this work for 10 years. I started my work in 2010 with a firm in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It performs topographical survey for government and private organizations. Which includes land survey, road survey, detail survey, canal survey, dam survey, etc. field work. Also I learned the work of layout demarcation from this company. In the early days I used to do only field work. I did this for about a year. After knowing the field, I started sitting in the office. Where I learned how to prepare ground work report. Office May used to work in AutoCAD software at that time. Which did not take me much time to learn and understand. Demarcation of site of land survey by going to its layout plan and for ground. To provide road accelerating plan with L section and X section in road survey.
I enjoy drafting and take pride in a quality finished product. Appreciate simple boundary work and basic plans and always enjoy a creative venture.
