expert mechanical engineer, energy, structure, modelling / drafting / designing
I have 10 years experience in industrial and academic projects as a mechanical engineer. My specialty is fluid mechanics, FEM and CFD modelling, Design and manufacturing process.
I worked in renewable / sustainable energy field most of my careers; clean energies like geothermal, PV, water and wind and tidal;
I am completely familiar with pump design, pressure vessels, auxiliary equipment design like valves and flanges, lifting devices such as hydraulic jacks and cranes, turbo-machinery like turbine, steel structure design and construction.
The above mentioned systems consist of a lot component which should be designed
thoroughly to work appropriately. I have designed most of the parts like gears, gear boxes, bearing, shafts, coupling, connections (bolts, weld, pin) , and etc.
Also I use the ANSYS to model the process, CAD and Solidworks to draw 2D / 3D drawings, Matlab to calculate and C# to write the special codes.
I did prepare the report regarding to each procedure, design / drawing / calculation / construction / manufacturing / repair and operation.
working for long period, I easily consider the time and budget of client to fulfill the right desired object.
