I own a company called Morgan Business Solutions, we provide remote support for both established organisations and start up companies.
MBS has over 15 years experience of project management, finance and HR function. Experienced working with both corporate and the charity sectors enabling diversity in its service delivery.
We provide a cost effective service that can be tailored to meet any clients needs. Support can be offered with client management, system support, training & development, bookkeeping, daily customer communications and much more.
I previously worked for a farming company where I worked closely with managers designing job descriptions, establishing competencies required for team structure, creating and implementing new on boarding processes. I was in charge of delivering appraisal training for all levels of the business, from new managers to Directors.
New managers often needed my assistance when scoring appraisals and delivering the feedback to employees.
I am qualified to CIPD level 5 which has enabled me to both design policies and deliver changes for corporate and charity organisations. For example I have written business plans and employee policies for a pre school that was experiencing challenges with salary and resistance to a change of board of employees.
Working in HR I have often had to use my own initiative, each employee is unique and often needs a different approach when delivering training or feedback.
I am also completing my AAT in Advanced bookkeeping which will help me provide financial support to clients.
