I am an enthusiastic self-starter that is extremely professional. I am looking for projects that will utilize the skills I have spent years refining.

I work in the public school system as a substitute teacher from grades ranging from kindergarten to high school and for the company Mediasoft. This allows me the flexibility to work from home on projects that come my way. I have a bachelors degree with an emphasis in Biology, Leadership, and Psychology. I have many years experience in an administrative setting which has allowed me to continuously improve my skills in areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. My skills also include typing, proofreading documents, operating multi-phone line systems, developing spreadsheets, data entry, and inventory management. In the past four years, I have become more experienced in basic web design and website management using WordPress. I have excellent customer services skills and I work very well in a team/group setting but also appreciates working alone as an individual. I enjoy performing research on a variety of subjects and working on presentation development and design. I never shy away from public speaking or presenting on topics that interest me or for work. I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with my husband and children and leading a healthy and active lifestyle. My most ideal hope is to find a few companies that I can build a strong work relationship with and work on a regular basis for them. I look forward to working with a variety of companies and individuals as well as completing projects using Guru.

Work Terms

I am available to work 30+ hours a week. My hourly rate is $75.00 but will negotiate terms depending on project. I am not opposed to taking on a project for a flat rate but must speak to company first to set terms in advance.
