I am a Senior Business Solutions Consultant specializing in enterprise information systems design and implementation. Currently I am focused on functional requirements specification and design (i. e. business analysis), as well as detailed software-specific solution architecture (i. e. system analysis).
With deep expertise in banking, telco and retail I have taken part in a variety of projects as an information technology professional (business and system analyst, consultant) and group lead.

Business Consultant and Systems Analyst skills
Gather and analyze customer’s business and technical requirements;
Develop a non-technical detailed design of software being implemented;
Design structured analysis documents (data flows, data marts, reports, etc);
Design, discuss, summarize and conform intra-system and inter-system integration requirements;
Analyze and develop business-process models (eEPC, IDEF, UML);
Assess “as is” state of the systems, structurize customer requirements, identify core issues;
Lead consulting team (coaching, motivation, hiring).
IBM & SAS solutions
Configure and troubleshoot solutions on Windows, Linux;
Integrate into customers' IT landscape and processes;
Set up and configure software;
Organize and conduct workshops for client’s delivery.
Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Vertica)
Architect database schema for solutions, data warehouse / data marts etc.;
Write SQL and stored procedures (PL/SQL, T-SQL);
Administrate and troubleshoot databases;
Optimize for best performance with decision support solutions (incl. IBM, SAS).
Work Terms
Up to 20 hr/wk, preferably on the weekends.
