Redefining service delivery and customer service

Njeri Ngunjiri works and lives in Nairobi.
I am driven by passion. I enjoy sales, marketing, social media marketing and brand management. I endeavor to create a memorable experience for my clients. I have over 4 years experience in sales and marketing with majority of my experience relating media.
I am a quick learner who does not shy away from a challenge. I strongly believe that sales is an avenue to build life skills. As such I have made an extra effort to learn phone support, social media marketing and ensure excellent customer service.
I enjoy reading, travelling and swimming.
I am looking for an avenue to diversify my network beyond the East Africa Region and prove that their is untapped talent in Africa that can be able to deliver the expectations of someone in another continent without incurring the cost of travel.

Work Terms

My current rate is $7 per hour. I prefer to communicate through email, skype or phone. I am flexible to the hours of my clients though a maximum of 8 hours a day.
