I love reading books. Therefore, my career choice of proofreader/copy editor/developmental editor perfectly fits my detail-oriented personality. You will most often find me reading something health related or theological, but I also curl up sometimes with a good mystery or a science magazine. I earned my BA in English from the University of Colorado after taking a couple years of pre-business classes at the University of Minnesota. A member of the Christian PEN, I have proofread and copy edited books for more than ten different publishers, including Hillcrest Media, Greenleaf Book Group, Barbour Publishing, and Florida Hospital Press. When I’m not editing, I can generally be found gardening, cooking, exercising, teaching piano lessons, listening to music, or watching one of my four daughters play soccer.

I check email every day. When I give you a deadline, I will meet it, no matter what.
