Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION - 08.00 hrs - 17.00 hrs +1 G.M.T.
PAYMENT TERMS 1 - 50% on commission, 25% on verified progress, 25% on completion
PAYMENT TERMS 2 - $20 /hour

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - contractor/client interface, certifications, budgeting, scheduling
CONSTRUCTION - material assembly, civil works, mechanical/electrical installations, finishes
INTERIORS - furniture selection, lighting colours, material specifications
UPGRADES - demolitions, partitions, finishes
URBAN PLANNING - estates, municipal developments
LANDSCAPES - plant selection/care
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENTS - roads, drains, outdoor furniture/lighting
