Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
My standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WAT. However, I understand the importance of meeting project deadlines and am open to adjusting my hours for urgent requests on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any specific timeline requirements during the project initiation stage.
Payment Terms:
Upon the agreement of the project scope and deliverables, a 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and final approval. Payments can be made through my ACH bank. Invoices will be issued, and made within 14 days of receipt. For long-term projects or recurring work, payment terms can be negotiated on an individual basis.
Revision Policy:
I am committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your expectations. I offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, provided that the revision requests align with the initial project scope. Any requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed work. Additional revisions or alterations beyond the initial project scope may be subject to further negotiation and fees.

I understand the importance of confidentiality and will treat all information, documents, and communication related to the project with the utmost discretion. If required, I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your intellectual property and ensure privacy.
